Come to the Restaurant "Di cotte & di crude" , an ideal, family and wide space, with its 80 seats inside and 50 outside, where you can celebrate any type of event, such as birthdays, anniversaries, ceremonies, communions, baptisms, receptions, dinners, informal dinners with friends or business dinners, lunches, graduation parties, ceremonies and events.

As often happens, the best places are situated in the most unexpected locations .....and here you are...! In the industrial area of Segrate, hidden among the factories that are the engine of the town situated near Milan, you can find the restaurant "Di Cotte& Crude".
Here, the culinary tradition, the love for the natural products and the passion for our work are reflected in the typical dishes of the Italian tradition, reinvented and flavored with a modern twist . All our fish and meat dishes are prepared with seasonal and fresh products, all processed at the moment.
Our bread is naturally leavened, desserts and homemade smoked meats and fish are carefully selected, salami, olive oil and wines come only from regions of our beautiful country ...
Here are some of the traits that characterize Jason and Alberto's idea about cooking and their love for this ancient art, that is able to transform raw materials into real pleasure for the palate.
And not only ... we offer also menu for little guests, themed dinner with fixed menu in order to sample "old" dishes , that are sometimes forgotten and, finally, we offer an excellent pizza prepared by expert hands.
A place where even our pets are welcome and where, in summer, you can spend a pleasant evening dining outdoors in the garden.
The friendly reception completes this beautiful picture, making the restaurant a quiet and family place, where you can organize a dinner with your friends, a party or a business dinner, or you can simply spend an enjoyable evening with your loved ones, having the sensation of ... .. being at home!

On Wednesday evening, our Chef Jason offers always different themed dinners with a tasting menu at a fixed price..These evenings are very interesting both for the creativity of the dishes and the price and they will allow you to sample “old” and traditional dishes or “new” and modern courses, coming from far countries.

 

  Among the tasting evenings on Wednesday that we have proposed, we offer also: the mix boiled meats with its sauces, bluefish, caciucco of Livorno, Cassoeula, the great fish fry, dinner, vegetarian, white truffles, black truffles , cod, dinner, thai cones its exotic fruits, the Valencian paella, the peposo, the Florentine, the patanegra, roast pork, and we look forward to future experiences that we are preparing to surprise our guests and to offer a dinner experience for true connoisseurs.
